Local Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts were Scouting for Food last Saturday at the Summerville Tennis Courts.  The local scouts were collecting food for CRC Chattooga to help feed those in need in Chattooga County.

Local scout leaders say that the Scouts from Cub Scout Pack 38 and Boy Scouts of America Troop 7, collected over 295 pounds of food at the drive-thru event last Saturday.

A few of those scouts chose to work at the Food Pantry preparing boxes to be given out each week.
