The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two teenagers who ran away from their homes Wednesday, Nov. 17.

Her father last saw Sarah L. Roberts, a 16-year-old Ridgeland High School student, when he dropped her off at the school.

Roberts is a dark-brown-haired white female, 5 feet 5 inches and 117 pounds.

Roberts’s boyfriend, Blake Thomas, is a 17-year-old Sequoyah High School student.

Thomas is a red-haired, blue-eyed white male, 6 feet 1 inches and 165 pounds.

According to a Walker County Sheriff’s Office press release:

The couple is not believed to be in the Walker County area.

The couple was seen last Saturday, Nov. 20, in the areas of Brunswick and Darien, Ga.

Walker County sheriff Steve Wilson said family members of one of the teen’s lives near the Brunswick area and another family member is said to be living in the Jacksonville, Fla., area, but there are no reports of the teens being seen in the Jacksonville area at this time.

The teens were seen driving a 1996 red Ford Ranger truck with Tennessee registration.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (www.missingkids.com) on the case and the couple was placed on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
