The Second Annual Chattooga County Health Fair will return this spring, offering residents access to free health resources, screenings, and educational vendors in one convenient location.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Chattooga County Agricultural Center, located at 40 Middle School Road in Summerville.

Organizers say the fair will feature free health screenings, along with educational vendors focused on wellness, prevention, and healthy living. Mammogram appointments will be available by scheduling in advance. To schedule a mammogram, residents can call 706-509-6840, option 1. Eligibility requirements include being over the age of 40 and having no insurance coverage.

Multiple community and healthcare partners will be on hand, including the Northwest Georgia Cancer Coalition, Georgia Department of Public Health, AdventHealth, Atrium Health, Community Resource Center of Chattooga County, and several local organizations.

The health fair is designed to improve access to care, raise awareness, and connect Chattooga County residents with local health services in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
