The second Redmond Regional 2011 Wellness Works seminar will look at the basic everyday choices people make and where the right choices truly count.

This dynamic seminar titled, Healthy Choices, will be held at Redmond on March 8th from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m in the lower level classrooms. John Crowley, Clinical Coordinator for Outpatient Rehab will teach participants how to lead a healthy and long life with simple steps.

Dr. John O. Pittman will provide insight to the clinical/medical side of the discussion. Participants will look at day to day choices in a new light and hear how to start to living well each day.
