State Senator Colton Moore and U.S. Representative Marjory Taylor Greene are calling on Governor Brian Kemp and Attorney General Chris Carr to investigate Fulton County District Attorney Fanni Willis after allegations surfaced that Willis has a “secret boyfriend” that works as a prosecutor.  The attorney is identified as Nathan Wade.

According to reports, one of former President Donald Trump’s co-defendants facing criminal charges over efforts to overturn the 2020 election,  has alleged in court papers that Wade is romantically involved with Willis and used money he billed the district attorney’s office for his work on the case to take her on lavish vacations.

State Senator Moore tweeted last week that the “State of Georgia is now the STATE OF HANKY PANKY”.  Moore, whose fellow Republicans kicked him out of the Senate’s GOP caucus last year after he repeatedly called for a special session of the General Assembly to “impeach Willis”, has repeatedly singled out Governor Brian Kemp and taunted him in the most recent tweet telling the governor to “rest up on your trip to Switzerland”.  The governor is headed overseas to attend the World Economic Forum.

Rep. Greene joined in with Moore in urging Kemp and the state attorney general to investigate Willis and her “alleged secret boyfriend”.

Senator Moore, a Republican from Dade County, represents the 53rd Georgia Senate District and Rep. Greene, a Republican who now lives in Rome,  represents the 14th Congressional District – both include Chattooga County.
