Each week Chattooga County’s 4H Students present the Service with a Smile Award. The Chattooga County 4-H Service with a Smile weekly winner is Pam McGraw. Pam works at the Pharmacy at Wal-Mart, she was nominated by some of her customers for always being friendly, having a smile and remembering her customers by name and calls them by their name each time they come in.
