Chattooga County’s 4 H students are conducting a program to improve hospitality and customer service in the community, called "Serving Up a Smile."  Each week a different business owner or worker will be selected for their outstanding customer service and friendly smile.  This week’s winner is Steve Palmer with The Computer Shop in Summerville.
