Chattooga County’s 4 H students are conducting a program to improve hospitality and customer service in the community, called "Serving Up a Smile."  Each week a different business owner or worker will be selected for their outstanding customer service and friendly smile.  The Service with a  Smile winner for this week is Cyndi Sills from the Suites at Oakview.
