A seventy-two-year-old Trion man was recently indicted by the Chattooga County Grand Jury on charges of child molestation.

The incident happened in July of last year, when Natu B. Patel is accused of inappropriately touching a thirteen-year-old teenage girl.

Patel will be facing the charges in Chattooga County Superior Court.
