A 56 year old Shaw employee was fatally injured in an accident at the Highway 411 plant in Cartersville on Saturday.

The victim, identified as David Holland of an Aragon address, reportedly became caught in machinery, and there were no signs of life by the time emergency personnel arrived on the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
