Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader says his office has recently acquired a new Honda ATV, thanks to some help from Southeast First National Bank in Summerville.

Sheriff Schrader said that the recent prolonged search for a man who was missing on Taylor’s Ridge in a remote area of the county proved that his office could utilize a four-wheeler.

The sheriff said, “We realized, after our last wooded area search for a missing man, how helpful an ATV would be to get into tight places and trails throughout the woods. With the help of Barry Hurley and Southeast First National Bank we were able to purchase one today (Wednesday). Southeast First National Bank covered right at three-fourths of the cost of this addition to our fleet. Thank you for your contribution to help the citizens of Chattooga County”.
