A Norfolk/Southern Railroad train which was stalled most of Sunday between Silver Creek and Lindale finally got back on track later in the day.

A wheel on one of the cars came off the rail at around 9:40am, and it took until shortly after 4:00pm to get at the car and fix the issue.

There were no spills or injuries however the train blocked traffic at the Reeceburg Road and Park Avenue crossings.

That derailed car was located in the mid-section of a 150 car train, and crews had to move sections around to get at it.
