A star party at Cloudland Canyon State Park will be Saturday, Oct. 5, conducted by the Barnard Astronomical Society and sponsored by the Staff and Friends of Cloudland Canyon State Park. Come see the wonders of the night sky through their telescopes. You can also be observe the planets Jupiter and Saturn and DSOs (Deep Sky Objects) like star clusters, nebulae and other galaxies like the Milky Way. At the starting point of the Disc Golf Course 8-10 p.m. Astronomy programs are free to all. Usual parking fee at the park applies.
