The Summerville City Council will meet in a work session at 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18. 

The primary reason for the work session is to discuss the budget, but the council will also discuss several items tabled at last week's council meeting. 

They include: setting up a special gas rate for local non-profits, prompted by the Boys and Girls Club request for a special rate. And discussion of an artists rendering for the proposed new Family Dollar.
