The property management company that managers Summerville Gardens in Summerville is looking for a property maintenance technician.  The position would be good for someone who considers themselves to be a handyman or “jack of all trades”. 

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME

The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to achieve a market-ready status. Maintains outside appearance of buildings and grounds for curbside appeal.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, 1+ years of experience in general building maintenance and/or small appliance repair. Must provide own tools, have valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation.  HVAC certification preferred.
