A  twenty-five year old Chattooga County man was arrested yesterday in Floyd County and has been accused of breaking into an automobile and theft by deception.   Floyd County law enforcement says that Casey Michael Chesire of Summerville allegedly broke into a car earlier this month on February 7.  Authorities say that Cheshire later pawned the items that he took from the car.  Cheshire was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday.
