According to a report released on Tuesday by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, a Summerville man was arrested after he was accused of pulling a pistol on another man in the Walmart parking lot in Trion.

The report stated that the victim told the sheriff’s office that he was walking into Walmart when the suspect approached him and pulled a black pistol out and pointed it at him. The suspect allegedly racked the pistol while he was pointing it at the victim.

Walmart loss prevention was able to provide video of the incident to the sheriff’s office.

Chief Deputy Kevin Woods went to the suspect’s home and retrieved the pistol and arrested Reginald Ludy.  Ludy was charged with pointing or aiming a gun at another person and was booked into the Chattooga County jail and was later released on bond.
