A Summerville man, who is no stranger to being arrested, was arrested last week after Summerville Police responded to a domestic dispute on Ramey Street. When police arrived they found the female victim with a swollen face, lacerations and bruising. The victim told police that forty-three-year-old Robert Rehorn had violated an order of protection and entered her home while she was gone to pick up food for her children. After ordering Rehorn to leave the house, Rehorn is accused of physically assaulting the victim. The victim fled from Rehorn, to a neighbors house and called police. When police arrested Rehorn, he smelled of alcohol and threatened to kill the police officers. Rehorn was charged with aggravated stalking, battery under the Family Violence Act, first-degree burglary, third-degree cruelty to children and obstructing a person from making an emergency call.
