A twenty-one-year-old Oak Hill-Alpine Road, Summerville man was arrested over the weekend and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to Summerville Police, Koby Chandler Bunner was traveling on Northwest Congress Street and failed to maintain a single lane.  Police say that Bunner also made a turn without using his turn signal.  When stopped, police said that they smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Bunner.  Bunner also admitted to officers that he had consumed “two beers”.

Bunner was arrested for DUI, failure to maintain a single lane, a probation violation and failure to wear a seat belt and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on Saturday shortly before 9 PM.
