A Chattooga County man was arrested this past week in Floyd County after police say he stole a credit card and then used it at a pharmacy in Rome.

Thirty-three-year-old Michael David Brown of Summerville reportedly stole the credit card at a location on North Fifth Avenue in Rome.  He then took the stolen credit card and used it at Walgreens Pharmacy.

Brown was charged with financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property and was booked into the Floyd County Jail.
