JIMMY WARD, age 45 of Summerville, Georgia – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – for Failure to Appear on prior charges of Failure to Register a Vehicle – Improper Tail Lights – A Switched Tag – and also – No Tag/Trailer
