Summerville Police arrested a man on Sunday evening after they observed the 1998 Chevrolet truck driven by fifty-five-year-old Kimothy Lavone Perry weaving side to side in his lane on Orchard Road.  The incident happened around 7:35 PM and Perry was driving without headlights.  When officers stopped Mr. Perry they could smell a strong odor of alcohol on his person.  Perry was charged with DUI and booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
