A Summerville man was arrested last week in Walker County after being charged with the theft of a vehicle.

According to arrest reports from the Walker County Sheriff’s Office:

Thirty-nine-year-old Kenneth Wayne Hogue, Jr. of a Chelsea Lane, Summerville address was charged with theft of truck/van/bus, entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, criminal damage to property (second) (business).

Hogue was arrested on September 5, 2021.
