The Chattooga County Board of Education is seeking a full-time School Nurse for Summerville Middle School, responsible for student and staff health and safety, offering immediate care for illnesses and injuries, managing health records, and providing nursing care. The selected candidate must provide short-term care to students, assist employees in case of injury, and execute medical procedures according to Health Action Plans and physician orders for those with chronic health conditions. Applicants must have a current Georgia RN, LPN, or CNA/Medical Assistant license, CPR certification, and submit a Classified Application with high school diploma or college transcripts, and three professional references.
