WZQZ reported this week about the Summerville woman who was arrested by Floyd County authorities for making a bomb threat at the Floyd County Jail.  Summerville Police say that when they went with Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputies to arrest Beth Neighbors on the terroristic threat charges, they also made an arrest for marijuana possession.

According to Summerville Police, when they took the Floyd County deputies to the Bittings Avenue address where Beth Neighbors lives, a man was sitting on the porch and quickly went into the residence when he saw police.  Police say that when they entered the residence, they could smell marijuana and forty-four-year-old Kevin Gerard Isham admitted that the marijuana was his.

Isham was arrested by Summerville Police and taken to the Chattooga County Jail while Neighbors was arrested on the Floyd County charges and was taken to the Floyd County Jail.

A third person at the residence, identified as Lacey Miller was informed of a warrant for her arrest on other charges, but had a seizure and was taken by ambulance to a Rome hospital.
