A Summerville man was arrested after he reportedly walked into an apartment at Summerville Gardens without being invited in.  Police say that the man was banned from being on the premises of the apartment complex.

Police responded to a call and when the arrived spoke with a woman who said that twenty-nine-year-old Jerry Luallen had entered her apartment without her permission.  When officers arrived and spoke with Luallen they asked him if he had just walked in without being invited.  Luallen said he had.  Police then asked Luallen if he knew he was banned from being on the premises of the apartment complex and Luallen told police he knew that.

When asked why he was at the apartment, he told officers that he wanted to see an old high school friend, who was the complainant’s daughter.

Police detected a strong odor of alcohol on Luallen and he admitted to have been drinking.

Luallen was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
