The City of Summerville issued a notice on Thursday about the rules at the Summerville Cemetery.  City Officials say that all rules will be enforced beginning in August of this year. 

From the City of Summerville:

In the spirit of maintaining the sacred nature and dignity as well as the safety of the cemetery, the restrictions, rules, and regulations of the City of Summerville will begin enforcement within 30 days of July 8, 2024. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in addressing this matter and keeping our cemetery beautiful.
