Summerville Main Street has announced a return of the Downtown Scarecrow Contest.  Families, schools, businesses, civic organizations and churches are invited to enter and help decorate the downtown area for Fall.  The deadline to register for the contest is September 28th.  Official rules and registration forms are available at Summerville City Hall and Summerville Main Street Office.  The winners of the contest will be announced at Noon on October 7th at the SumNelly at Dowdy Park.
