The City of Summerville is seeking sealed proposals for its 2025 Information Technology Services contract, covering the period from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026.
The city is requesting bids marked “RFB-2025-111-IT” to be submitted by 10 AM on June 26, 2025, to Summerville City Hall, located at 120 Georgia Ave., Summerville, Georgia 30747. The City will open bids promptly at 10 AM in the Council Room at City Hall, making the contents public for interested parties. However, the award will not be made until city officials have thoroughly reviewed all submissions. Late bids will not be accepted, regardless of the delivery method or reason for delay.

Those using Federal Express, United Parcel Services, or similar delivery services should address their submissions to City of Summerville, 120 Georgia Ave, Summerville, GA 30747, ATTN: CITY MANAGER. The City of Summerville reserves the right to engage in discussions with potential vendors, request additional information, and ultimately reject any or all submissions. The final decision and contract negotiation rest solely with the City. Required documents to be included with the bid are a signed bid, a signed Certificate of Non-Discrimination, a signed E-Verify Compliance Affidavit, a signed Save Compliance Affidavit, a Request for Taxpayer I.D. Number (W-9), and a Certificate of Insurance.
The City will rank responsive vendors based on evaluation criteria and negotiate with the top-ranked firms until a satisfactory contract is finalized. The City also reserves the right to make a partial award or split the award as deemed necessary.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit comprehensive and competitive bids by the deadline.
