On Wednesday of this week a Chattooga County woman was arrested in neighboring Cherokee County, Alabama accused of obtruction of justice.

Polly Ellen Kerr, age 24 of Summerville, Georgia was charged with Using False ID to Obstruct Justice; she is currently On Hold for authorities in Chattooga County, Georgia.
