A Summerville woman was arrested on drug charges in LaFayette after gas station employees called police because the woman wouldn’t come out of the restroom.
According to reports employees at a Mapco gas station in LaFayette called police when the woman went into the restroom for forty-five minutes and wouldn’t respond.
When officers arrived, thirty-five-year-old Jessica Lynn Traylor of Summerville finally responded to officers. Police said that the woman’s vehicle smelled like marijuana. A search of the vehicle yielded suspected methamphetamine and various pills, including Gabapentin, according to police.
Traylor was charged with possession of methamphetamine and pills not being kept in original container.
