A thirty-two-year-old Chattooga County woman was arrested last week in Walker County on an outstanding warrant.  According to the Walker County Sheriff’s Office, Pamela Michelle Simpson of Summerville, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with the outstanding warrant for theft by deception.
