A twenty-six-year-old Summerville woman was arrested on December 27th after a call to the Summerville Police Department about an unwanted person being inside a Hawkins Street address.

When an officer arrived, the complainant said that the suspect had locked herself in a bedroom of the residence.  The officer was shown the bedroom and attempted to make entry, but the door was still locked.  The complainant gave the officer permission to kick the door in and the officer found Jodeci Elizabeth-Kayla Walker asleep on a bed in the room.  Walker was transported to jail on trespass charges.

The officer then returned to the residence and found drug paraphernalia inside the room where Walker was sleeping.

Walker was charged with criminal trespass, possession or use of drug-related objects and possession of methamphetamine.
