Two Chattooga County residents were arrested on drug charges in Rome on Tuesday.

Floyd County jail reports show that Kelsey Savannah Dial, age 18 – of a Kurn Street address, Summerville – and 46 year old Jerry Ray Justice of a Sardis Church Road address in Lyerly – were allegedly found to be in possession of meth, scales, bags, needles and a glass pipe.

They were placed under arrest, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
