A Blake Street, Summerville woman reported a burglary to Summerville Police on Monday afternoon of this week.

Geneva Tidmore told a responding officer that she left her residence for about two hours and when she returned it appeared someone had used some type of tool to pry the door open.  Tidmore told the officer that the thief had taken a television and a sound bar.  Both of the items had been rented from Aaron’s Rents in Summerville.

The case was turned over to an investigator.
