A Summerville woman reported a case of credit card fraud to Summerville Police this week.

The complainant told a responding officer that her business credit card, associated with her Square credit card processing account, had been used in the Dallas, Texas area over the past several days.

The woman showed the responding officer where hundreds of dollars in charges had been racked up on her business credit card at places like Firestone Tires, McDonald’s, Wendy’s and The Home Depot – all in Dallas.

The complainant said that she still has the card in her possession, but needed a report to file with the card processing company about the fraudulent transactions.
