The Chattooga County American Cancer Society will be having a Survivor / Caregiver Dinner coming up this evening, Tuesday May 10, 2011 at 6 PM at the New Spirit and Truth Church on Scoggins Street in Summerville.  All Cancer Survivors and Caregivers are Welcome!

AM 1180 will have a NEWSMAKERS Interview Program this morning at 8:15 AM and this afternoon at 12:45 PM with Sarah Cargle with the Chattooga County Relay for Life.  The Relay will be held this Friday, May 13th at 6 PM at Dowdy Park in Summerville.

Teams from all over the county will be there selling food, shirts, cakes, playing games and many other activites to raise money for Chattooga County Cancer Patients.  The Cancer Survivor Lap begins at 6 PM….if you are a cancer survivor, please be at the park by 5 PM.

All moeny raised stays in Chattooga County.
