The Summerville Municipal Probation Office located at 167 Union Street  will begin supervisng those on probation through the Chattooga County State Court as of January 1, 2012.

All clients on probation with the State court will be receiving notification through the mail of the date and time of their initial report.It is the responsibility of each individual to contact the new probation office beginning the first week of January 2012.

The Summerville Municipal Probation Office will be opened on Tuesday, January 3rd at 9 AM.
