Tomorrow is Crossover Day for the Georgia General Assembly. What that means is  bills will have to pass either the  House or Senate by Midnight to stay alive this session. Lawmakers will recess today (Wednesday). So there will be a flurry of activity today and Thursday, to beat the crossover deadline. After that, there will be 10 more days in the 2012 Legislative Session.
