The Town of Menlo will be hosting Christmas in the Park this year.

That decision was made during the most recent meeting of the town council, during which a presentation was made proposing the event take place November 30th with a 6:30 start time that evening.

According to the Summerville News – organizers plan to hold a parade with decorated golf carts, Gators and Polaris-type vehicles on side streets around the park with an award going for “best decorated vehicle” – afterwards coffee, hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
