Sealed bids will be accepted by the Town of Trion until June 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. to build a fence for the Town of Trion Dog Park. Bids must be sealed and marked “Town Hall Dog Park”, and delivered to Town of Trion, Attn: Mayor Lanny Thomas, 1220 Pine Street, P.O. Box 850, Trion, GA 30753. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. Any bids received after the deadline will remain unopened.

Bids will be opened at 12:15 p.m. on June 23, 2025, in the Council Room at Trion Town Hall, 1220 Pine Street, Trion, Georgia 30753. Award of proposal/bid will be made at a regular scheduled Council Meeting.

In addition to any other requirement provided hereinabove, bid submissions must include a completed bid on form provided by Town, an executed affidavit of non-collusion, drug free workplace certificate, bidder’s declaration, E-Verify Compliance Affidavit, SAVE Affidavit, business license, and a minimum of three letters of reference from projects of similar scope completed within the last five years.

The Town of Trion, Georgia reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
