The Town of Trion's proposefd budget for 2012/2013 is now available and may be viewed or obtained at the Town hall during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The town will hold a public hearing/work session on Thursday August 16 at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall Conference Room.

The budget will be adopted at the regular council meeting on August 23.

The following is a summary of revenue and expense for each department::

 

General Fund Budget:

Revenue: 3,137,469.00

Expense: 3,330,676,00

 

Gas Revenue Fund Budget

Revenue: 5,169,485.00

Expenses: 4,971,663.00

 

WWTP Fund Budget

Revenue: 5,079483.00

Expense: 5,117,846.00

 

Water Fund Budget

Revenue: 250,000.00

Expense: 213,404.00
