An accident just north of the Chattooga County line at the intersection of Highway 151 and Highway 27 left a man dead.  According to the Walker County Post of the Georgia State Patrol, Michael Lee Kelley was riding a motorcyle on Highway 27 when a truck and a utility trailer turned into his path, attempting to make a turn onto Highway 151.  The pickup truck struck Kelley who died from his injuries.  Trooper First Class Tallent responded to the scene.
