The Trion Fire Department is asking residents to come out and enjoy the first annual “Community Day”, scheduled for Saturday, May 15th from 10 AM until 4 PM at the Trion Track Field.

There will be activities including a children’s fire simulation, fire and safety prevention, face painting and live gospel music.

Also, the fire department will be selling smoked chicken plates for $8 starting at 11:30 AM.  You can pre-order plates by contacting Aaron Woods at 706-766-4983.
