The Trion Fire Department responded to a call at Akery’s Resale store in Trion on Friday of last week.  According to a post on social media from the Trion Fire Department, smoke was coming from the store when firefighters arrived.  An electric stove inside the business was the cause.  The firefighters were able to quickly take care of the problem and extinguish the fire.  The fire department reported the situation under control at 11:08 AM on Friday.
