A Trion man was arrested overnight in Catoosa County and was placed on hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to reports, 20 year-old Antonio Gutierrez of Trion was arrested in Catoosa County after an officer clocked him going eighty-seven miles-per-hour on Interstate 75.  Upon further investigation, the officer found that Gutierrez was driving on suspended or revoked license.  He was charged with speeding, driving on suspended or revoked license – his fifth offence, and was placed on a hold for ICE.

He was booked into the Catoosa County Jail.
