The Town of Trion has announced its next regular Workshop and Council Meeting, inviting residents to attend the important municipal proceedings on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the Town Hall.

The evening will commence with a Workshop at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Conference Room. This session typically allows for in-depth discussions on various town matters, proposed projects, and policy considerations, providing an opportunity for council members to gather information and deliberate before formal voting.

Following the conclusion of the Workshop, the Regular Council Meeting will be called to order shortly thereafter. During the Regular Meeting, the Town Council will address agenda items, consider resolutions and ordinances, and make decisions vital to the community’s operations and future development.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend both the Workshop and the Regular Meeting to observe council discussions and actions.  For specific questions regarding the upcoming meetings, agenda items, or general inquiries, residents are advised to contact Mayor Lanny E. Thomas or the Town Hall Office directly during regular business hours.
