Things keep getting better for the Trion Wrestling Team.  Coming off a successful tournament New Year’s weekend in Calhoun, the team took home top honors at Trion High School on Senior Night which was held on Tuesday of this week.

The Seniors were recognized as the Senior class with the most wins in Trion Wrestling history. Seniors Daegen Vaughn and Bryce James were also recognized for getting to the 100th career win mark. The Coaches were acknowledged for their leadership and running a successful program.

The night ended with Trion having a 62-13 win over Cedartown and a 82-0 win over Coosa.

The teams record for the year now stands at 32-1. Next up will be Area Duals here at home this Saturday as the post season gets under way.
