On Thursday of this week, a business owner called Summerville Police after a woman walked in and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

Police responded to the Favor Street business and spoke with the owner who said that the woman appeared to be “geeking-out” on drugs and had left the area on foot.  Police went to a nearby Favor Street residence where they believe there is a lot of known drug activity.

Police spoke with two men at the residence, one of whom was passed out in the house when police first arrived.  Police found prescription drugs inside the house as well as methamphetamine.  Both men denied that the drugs were theirs.

Police arrested Jamison “Jamie” Armstrong and Rafael “Ralphie” Shropshire, charging them with drug possession.  Both were booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
