Earlier this week, WZQZ News reported about a forty-four-year-old Summerville man who was charged with vehicular homicide in Walker County.  That case stemmed from a fatal accident in 2021 that took the life of Eden Muina at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 337.  In addition to that vehicular homicide case, a twenty-four-year-old Rossville man was also charge after two people died in a wreck in August of 2020.  Law enforcement officials say that the victims in that accident were Theresa King and Jame McGill.  Austin Lee Cooper is charged with homicide by vehicle in connection with that accident and also charged with driving too fast for conditions.
